Reception of Complaints about Manufacturers

RatingGate accepts complaints about manufacturers, such as:

  • Did not honor warranty of a shaft that broke during normal use.
  • Did not honor warranty of a head that cracked during normal use.
  • Did not seem sincere in response over the telephone.
  • Denigrated the clubs of other companies while recommending their own clubs without basis.

Any other types of complaints are also accepted.
The information from the complaints we received will be tabulated by RatingGate and reflected in future club evaluation standards. If RatingGate determines there could be a serious detriment to consumers, we will register a complaint with the manufacturer.

*We also welcome good reports, such as when the manufacturer responded in a sincere and helpful way.
